The error message referred to in the question above alerts the submitter that this update has already occurred for the individual vehicle (VIN) entered on the on-line FCS-900 Form, and that no further updates will be accepted. Warranty Start PolicyThe warranty start date and/or warranty start mileage on an individual vehicle can be updated only once; however it can be updated a second time in certain very unique situations. The process is to submit a completed paper FCS-900 Form with all the relevant supporting documentation to Ford Motor Company at ford@renkim.com. The Form and supporting documentation will be manually reviewed and either accepted or denied. If accepted, the vehicle information will be updated.
