Warranty Start Policy

The warranty start date on an individual vehicle can be updated only once. The error message referred to in the question above alerts the submitter that this update has already occurred for the individual vehicle (VIN) entered on the on-line FCS-900 Form, and that no further updates will be accepted. The submitter should verify the vehicle's warranty start date via your local Ford or Lincoln Dealer. For additional information, please refer to the Warranty Start Policies in the link below.

Warranty Start Policy

The warranty start date and/or warranty start mileage on an individual vehicle can be updated only once; however it can be updated a second time in certain very unique situations. The process is to submit a completed paper FCS-900 Form with all the relevant supporting documentation to Ford Motor Company at ford@renkim.com. The Form and supporting documentation will be manually reviewed and either accepted or denied. If accepted, the vehicle information will be updated. Notification of Delayed Delivery Date Form

Yes, There is a paper FCS-900 form that you are able to fill out and submit with the following options: E-mail form to ford@renkim.com, or fax to: 1-734-374-8460.

The new multiple VIN screen allows you to enter up to 20 VINs.

On the new 'Upload VIN File' page, we allow you to send a .CSV file with an unlimited number of VINs sold to the same customer.

If the status indicates "In Progress" on the Prior Submissions page, we will allow certain fields to be edited. Once the status indicates "Complete," no changes can be made, and you must contact ford@renkim.com for review.
